Avoid their storage option. I purchased a beautiful full length silver fox coat from Hillis. After storing it at home the first 5 years, I decided to utilize their storage service. Unfortunately, I did not check on it annually. When I did go back for my coat, they said they had “donated” my fur coat because I hadn’t checked on the coat annually. They made NO attempt to contact me! Shame on Hillis Furs and their shady business practices.
