Met us early and did a great job making us feel comfortable about leaving our babies. We were able to see their little condo through the window. I also called to see how they were doing and they were very patient and comforting

The facility is nice, the staff is nice. They don't give the dogs enough break time. They go out for about 5-10 min at a time when the take them out side. If they take them out side. They consider the \outside\ part of the indoor kennel excersize time. Besides that is a decent kennel.
