I took my yellow lab Shelby to Hill's her entire life -- 15 years. They provided amazing care to her. Now I take my new puppy Elon, a Jack Russell Terrier, and wouldn't think of taking him anywhere else. Dr. Sara Andre is GREAT! She takes the time to talk with me and answers all my questions. She also supports our Castro Valley community. Terra, is my technician of choice. She is so AMAZING with Elon -- he is a lot to handle at times. Terra is patient, knowledgeable, and really knows Elon. I can't give a higher recommendation for Hill's -- they are AMAZING!

PROS: 1. All staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. 2. The doctor communicated very well and explained everything she was doing. 3. They went over different pricing options. 4. They have a stamp card for nail trimming! 5. I was seen right away. CONS: None so far I was looking for a vet near my work/house to save time traveling (my old vet was in Oakland) and needed an appointment right away as I suspected my dog had a bladder infection. I chose Hills and am happy with my decision.

What a wonderful place! They took amazing care of my very happy and playful golden retriever pup. The Staff and Vet are very helpful, answered all my questions, and took our lifestyle and hiking adventures into consideration when recommending care and vaccines.

This place is awesome. They took such good care of my dog Kandy. She's difficult with new people, but their tech Stephanie was so nice and calm with her. The tech was able to take care of her vaccines by herself at my car so Kandy wouldn't get stressed out inside.

The staff is very helpful and took great care of my pup, especially when he doesn’t want to listen. Dr. Andre was great! She is very professional and listened to all of my random ideas, as to what I thought caused my pup Max to be sick! Parking is a bit rough, but worth the service...
