I met Rolando...a Supervisor with Hart transit. He understands the meaning of community and welcoming newcomers to the area....I was so grateful for his help and kindness. HART Transit has a gem in this employee and should be proud to have him representing your city.

Loved HART!! They are still collect fares and BEST OF ALL, THEY ARE NOT LIMITING PASSENGERS LIKE PSTA DOES . The system is very frequent unlike PSTA. I wish HART can manage the whole Tampa Bay (Hillsborough, Pinellas, Hernando, etc)

I commuted for years, believe commuting integral to any urban area..... sigh. During non-pandemic, buses always late with some routes’ timepoints violating the laws of physics (Rte 16, 45 specifically. Am certain there are others). During pandemic, service worse, seating worse... it seems public told one thing, drivers told another. I broke down and went against my better judgement, investing in a private fossil fuel machine. Some of the most amazing, dedicated people work/drive for this company but somewhere there’s a BIG problem...

Buses are running on a Sunday schedule! It is very inconvenient. Reduced routes, why no reduced Bus Fare?
