Our supplier outsources to Hillsborough Dairies, we send in our order a week in advanced, and they are still not ordering in enough stock, even though they know a week before hand, what they need to have in. Items being missed off, wrong numbers of items sent, etc. ot in stock\ is not acceptable when you are delivering to a business. Their delivery driver mostly just dumps the order on the door step in all weathers, in summer time we loose milk as it goes off in the heat. We are changing to another supplier now thankfully. Not at all pleased with the service offered. Some of the staff are also rude.

Called with a general inquiry, staff incredibly rude!
Cancelled order after my father died, settled the bill for which I have evidence for and yet my mother is still getting bills for milk long after the service ended. Leaving her feeling intimidated and worried when she owes them nothing at all.
Wanted to have a milkman but this service was pretty poor, milk not fresh, often went sour after a few days and had complaints from neighbours that milkman drove eratically, hope they have improved but they never even responded to my complaint letter, only good thing I can say is that always punctual and early so milk arrived before I left for work
Not the best, missed delivery and changes not always acknowledged so don't happen. When cancelled no response, wanting customer feedback etc. With people going plastic free they could do well but customer service isn't good at all.
