Not happy with my overall experience provided with the clinic. I’ve been chasing up a medical form and a receipt now for the past 2 months and it’s really putting a delay on my future job opportunities. Keep getting told the same thing over and over again with nothing actually being done to help me and for the price of 125 you would think the service would be a lot more professional and helpful.

Recently had the pleasure of seeing Mr O’Hara for a hearing consultation and highly recommend him to anyone who has a hearing problem. Clinic itself is welcoming, all the staff are friendly, and the level of understanding and treatment is fantastic.

I arrived for my appointment to get an ultrasound scan done .Didn't get too many answers to the questions I asked.Only that a scan confirmed everything is ok. Later I got a bill sent for 70 and a few days later I got another bill sent for 250 I rang and wasn't sure why am I getting charged twice for a scan and been told the clinic charges for the scan and the doctor that done it.So total 320 for a scan and consultation.I was shocked I have went private before and for getting the same treatment and more I only paid 80 If the clinic had told me on the phone at the time of booking that it will cost me so much I wouldn't had made an appointment would rather been waiting or going to another specialist.I was happy with the scan but the consultant never answered my other questions that I asked.A bit disappointed and paying that kinda money for 10minutes.

I telephoned , answer machine politely says thank you for calling, we are open from 8.45 am etc. The recorded message doesn’t say anything more re please leave a message after a couple of seconds there is a bleep, and you are told thank you for leaving a message.

CAME TO CLINIC WITH BAD VERICOSE VEIN RIGHT LEG - CANT HAVE GENERAL AT HOSPITAL BAD REACTION ON WAITING LIST FOR OVER A YEAR THEN EXTENDED SAW DOCTOR AT PRIVATE CLINIC SAID CAN YOU SORT OUT HE SAID HE COULD AFTER I FOAM INJECTION TREATMENT & I FINAL CONSOLTATION ALL DONE 2 VISITS I CANT BELIEVE IT - LEG NOW AFTER 6WEEKS LOOKS NORMAL ANKLE THAT WAS VIENED BLACK NOW NORMAL I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC TO ANYBODY
