Moved in to a unit under their management during the pandemic and they made everything super easy. Staff (both office and maintenance) is always friendly, helpful, and responsive. Every issue we’ve had at the place has been addressed within 24 hours with an agreeable resolution. Always courteous. One of the best rental management companies I’ve had to deal with in my years.

My experience with Hillsdale Management has been great. The leasing process was simple and quick. I was able to move in within two weeks of first contacting them about an apartment I liked. The day I moved in it was very clean. There were all new appliances in the kitchen, new carpet in both bedrooms and all walls had been freshly painted. Within three weeks of moving in I have had to reach out to them on three separate occasions. I have received quick responses and no delays every time. Initially, I asked about putting a cable line in one of the bedrooms and they were quick to respond with a yes. Next, my hot water was turning cold within 10 minutes so I thought it was just a setting that needed adjusted. They came within a couple days thinking they only needed to replace the elements, but as it turns out the hot water heater was filled with lime and caused one of the elements to burn out. Rather than make me wait, their plumber purchased a new hot water heater at Home Depot and had it installed within 90 minutes. Lastly, strong winds had blown my storm door and caused a lot of damage to the door frame. They came out within two days and repaired the door frame in addition to installing a new storm door. Every time they sent someone to my apartment to work on these items the men were all kind and professional. Not to mention they remained on task and completed the job in a timely manner. I have been impressed with this company and would recommend giving them a call if you are looking for a home. Mark and Miranda are wonderful people and they run a fantastic business.

Don't expect to get your security deposit back . Lived in a house for 5 1/2 years I did house repairs including power washed the house every spring painted the garage, and didn't get any money off rent . Trimmed all trees . Hot water heater died took 3 days before it was replaced.poor management,We were told there plumber was busy.No hot water , no money off rent.
