Horrible company greedy for money. Will do whatever it takes to keep a security deposit. They constantly lie and deceive students and parents into signing expensive leases and have no regard for their residents' safety, security or health. It's a shame on how nice they try to make it look from the outside but once you're actually living there it falls apart very quickly

PREDATORY. They will tell you anything to sign a lease. Will not release my friend from lease due to corona-virus and changing schools. Common lies: \You can get out of the lease at anytime by paying 300 and get your deposit back\ \You can break the lease by paying 600\ \You can give your lease to someone else at no charge\ \We only have a couple rooms left! Hurry before they're gone!\ Claims you need a cosigner. You DON’T. If you still want to live with them, one word of advise: READ YOUR LEASE. They will also do anything to keep your security deposit. If there's anything you don't understand, talk to someone NOT FROM HILLSIDE that does or leave hillside alone!
