Not the most diverse terrain to build asking resort on. Very small. Mostly learning trails but its a good learning mountain. Took my fiance here to ski for the first time. Its a nice lil spot that is close but if you're not a beginner just go to arctic valley...same distance and price.

Great place to learn how to sky or snow boarding. Hunter was my instructor and he was really professional. Thanks

This is a more convenient and closer location for people within Anchorage wanting to do some basic skiing and snowboarding. The mountain is not steep and hence more safer for beginners, than other skiing spots around Anchorage. The place is well maintained and you can rent the skiing gear and spend a great afternoon here.

Nice place to learn to ski/snowboard. This place ideal if you need to practice before going to Alyeska. We mainly wanted to get our children in snowboarding classes, and they have a New strict rule after Covid that they do not allow instructors to pick up children after they fall. That seems a little over the top. So we decided just to try teaching them ourselves, while we were still learning ourselves. We also opted out of paying for the belt ride to the top of the bunny hill and just walked it. If your looking for something free to do in Anchorage that’s a nice fun work out.
