Totally sucks! They don’t send out bills, can’t do anything on line, no Drop box And they close at 4! And I mean they don’t answer phones even during business hours or return calls! Melanie was great! This new person really sucks!

It use to be a nice friendly place....... But the past couple weeks sense the lady that use to work there is gone it sucks all way round.....I wouldn't advise it as a place to store ur stuff anymore

The old lady there who is saposably the "owner" is a major witch. Never have I had to deal with some one so rude. Heartless and cold business practices shouldn't be aloud in such a nice community.
