The person I spoke with upon entering the store was a gracious helpful person. I found a book within minutes of looking. Why 4 stars? The book cost over 14.00 including tax. I felt this was a bit steep for a used book. Oh yeah; another reason: I asked about the trade program they have and she was quite specific. Book in good condition with the cover. Which I have yet the book I just bought had no cover. Odd.
