The service department did OK. There didn't seem to be a lot of knowledge regarding my Bolt EV. Took 4 visits to prove that there's an issue that needs to be addressed, and another 3 months to resolve the problem. Communication with the customer representative was good and loaner car was offered throughout. Overall personal experience was good... Professionally - not so much! There seem to be good energy and good intentions aplenty but...
