We were looking for a small, used SUV to use as a daily driver. Salesman Jeff came right up to us, asked what we were interested in and took us to some really nice Rogues. We had a great experience. I feel like all of the paperwork was handled quickly. We even stopped by again a couple of weeks later to see what else they had! We’re very happy with our new ride. We’ll definitely stop by at Kamaaina Nissan again, the next time we’re looking for a vehicle.

I bought my first new car last weekend. Growing up, it never seemed feasible to to buy new at the dealership and I was pretty nervous. Grant Okamura was amazing. I don't have the best credit and after Covid, it took everything I could to save for the deposit. Grant was kind, charasmatic and extremely helpful. His advice was solid and with the help of his team and fantastic finance manager Dean, I ended up getting a new car (Nissan Rogue Sport)! Dean was extremely helpful and laid out my finance options and plan in a way I could understand. I could not be more thrilled with this experience. Also, not for nothing but my husband has been getting his Nissan serviced at the dealership since he purchased it at a different used car lot. The service crew is incredibly competent and nice. They truly care and do excellent work. Always go the extra mile for us. Nissan even extended his warranty because we only service it here at Kama' Aina Nissan. All around, the whole team is excellent and anyone looking for a new car or service center should come to Kama'Aina Nissan. You won't regret it.

Came in for a walk in safety inspection. Bryce helped me immediately and was his usual pleasant and helpful self. Service technician John processed my safety inspection promptly and quickly. They made the process quick and painless even though I did not have an appointment. With employees like these you can bet I’ll be referring my family and friends to Kamaaina Nissan!

Purchased a new Nissan Rogue here. Mark Foster was our salesman. He is an awesome guy! Very welcoming, helpful and considerate. He was able to answer all of our questions and addressed every one of our concerns. We couldn’t be more grateful to Mark, Lon and Joe. Awesome team they have over here!!!! The gentleman who assisted me, John, was friendly and knowledgeable, even giving advice about a prior issue, regarding the automatic braking on a steep hill. When I had brought the truck in, after first experiencing that on a drop in the road on Kona side, the issue wasn't familiar to another fellow. John also advised me about using peppermint oil to keep rats out of the engine compartment, especially appreciated because they'd twice gotten into my older Tacoma & died behind the dashboard. I'll ask for John again if I have any further issues with my 2019 Frontier.

Not currently in the market for a new car. Came in for service. Excellent customer service from start to end. Car needed more work than anticipated, but all wear and tear items. Glad they do a thorough assessment. Only wish there were weekend hours, but thankful they were open on a holiday.

We had been looking for a solid used 4x4 truck for a while with not much luck so when I called Kamaaina Nissan to ask if they had any in our price range, Grant told me they just got in a sweet 2006 Nissan Frontier 4x4 Nismo and even sent me a pic with info while we were talking on the phone! We met a few hours later...GRANT IS AWESOME!! From the beginning, Grant was super friendly and enthusiastic, helpful and accommodating, caring and courteous, all around going above and beyond showing excellent customer service and ALOHA the whole time! John the sales manager and Dean the finance manager were so nice too! A big MAHALO to Grant and his team over there at Kamaaina Nissan! #ilovemykamaainanissan
