Customer service is very poor. Both sales person are too lazy to assist us. My mom is looking for a jewelry as a gift to my dad They told us someone has an appointment at 11:30am and told us to comes back 12:30pm they were free on that time and doing nothing. But anyway we end up going to zales, wrote down our name and called us in so fast. Entertain us for 1 hour and my mom end up buying a gold watch and a gold necklace. I think kay jewelry needs to improve their customer service

went to the competitor first twice and got no service, so I came to Kay and Jasmine was the first salesperson to talk to me She was very knowledgeable, and walked me through the whole process of what i need to know and how. It was a brief visit because i needed to be discreet, because i was with my girlfriend. upon returning several weeks later i saw Jasmine and we continued our discussion and she remembered everything we talked about from stone style, size and gold type. we finished our conversation with the my Girlfriend there and she helped us in everything we needed She explained everything that was needed or helpful in this purchase process. she was helpful to my girlfriend and also discreet in talking to me as well at the very same time. very professional, very good at what she does. I did not feel pressured at all the whole time i went through the process. never did i feel she pushed me to by more expensive to make a better profit. my interests was in her best interest. I thank her for that! very great store and excellent employee service. will continue to make purchases there because of my enjoyable experience.
