Traded my SUV in for a FJ cruiser. Beautiful truck. But unfortunately the check engine light came on the very next day after purchase. I contacted ponos and they told me to bring it back and they’d have their mechanic take a look at it, which he did. A few hours later I picked the truck up and they gave me some story claiming it was just a sensor and nothing serious, I believed them. Within that same week the truck started overheating, took it to another mechanic and found out it had a blown head gasket and was recently given a simple fix of liquid head gasket sealant. Also found out they lied on the paperwork and stated the truck had 75k miles when the odometer was over 175k miles! My auto insurance questioned this and Ponos instructed me to lie and state that the odometer indeed said 75k miles and that I must have “not had glasses on” when I confirmed to the insurance company that it read 175k. I begged ponos to take the truck back or let me get my suv back or even let me finance another car, they refused. I was stuck replacing the entire motor on the truck and then eventually reselling for way less. My loan turned upside down, it dropped my credit. Spent thousands to repair it and forever repairing my credit lesson learned. Stay clear of Ponos. .

Make sure you get all the car facts of the vehicle your interested in before you make the purchase here. Sadly we learned our lesson. On 5/4/20 we got a 2013 Dodge 1500... A LEMON! Yes it’s a “AS IS” sale but being honest with your vehicle sale would have been great. Do dealerships not have inspections on the vehicles they sell & just stay strong to their “AS IS” policy having someone get a vehicle that will just break down and not last a month or even a year? Luckily they let their partner mechanic shop take care of the few issues we found after having the truck for 4 days, but they wouldn’t take care of the additional problems we brought up when we drove back there since it wasn’t mentioned over the phone. We had no knowledge of the truck having all these problems & the dealership apparently had no clue either but hey... sell it to a Family anyway! A month & 4 days later... The muffler dislocated while driving because it appeared to have rotted off! More problems yet to come..... make sure you ask questions, get all the car facts & don’t end up spending more money on what you can’t even afford:( spending 700 to get it replaced when we can get the money to fix it :( 21,000 just sitting in the garage now :(

On the website ALL cars say email for price. I need a little room here folks. Seriously? I'm not bothering and I'm sure other folks feel the same way.

I purchased a truck there got over charged 10000 so I can't get refinanced like they told me I could. I've had to change multiple parts on the truck within the first year. I've tried multiple times to reach out to them via email no response Everytime I call they don't call back. Tried to trade my truck back to them because no dealership would take it . They all told me that I got ripped off and that they have multiple customers coming to them because of ponos. Ponos tried to get me a trade in for the truck with a lemon car that had a knocking block. I thought they was nice and helping me out but actually they almost cost me to go homeless. I'm stuck with this truck and have no way out. I'm really disappointed and just lost for words.

If I could give zero stars, that would be perfect for this business. Go to Aiona car sales, definitely local and treat you right. No regrets, no lemons, no price gouging and no "recommended" mechanic on the payroll. SMH, hopefully they shut their doors soon, it will save someone the heartache of finding a better vehicle anywhere else, same year, mileage, make model, trim, cosmetic issues. I feel for my friend who recently purchased a vehicle here. They are not out to provide you the car of your dreams, they are there for a commission at any cost (How much can I mark up till they realize they are overpaying?) Their first and only thought the moment you sit down to sign the paperwork. They do not care if you have kids, bills, fulltime job, school, LIFE. Record your encounters with them to protect yourself when your 20k vehicle literally falls apart and you are left with half a house payments worth of cash and no vehicle.
