We stayed in Metropolis Hotel Hilongos for 1 month in May 2019. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel at home by the owners Marta and Fred. Nothing was too much for them. They were so kind and always makes sure we were comfortable. The staff were exceptional and Cehly is a lovely person always smiling. The Hotel is immaculate thanks to the hard work of the staff and it really is an exquisite place to say. Not only did we discover a pure gem of a Hotel in the Metropolis but we have made some wonderful friends for life in Marta, Fred and Cehly. Looking forward to our return trip in 2020. Niall&Merci

For almost 3 months in Metropolis Hotel Hilongos, the hotel staff were so kind and always make sure that you are comfortable with your room and also they are very accomodating especially Ma'am Martha. Any request of the guest, will be given right away without any hesitation. The hotel is very accessible and located at the Public Market and surrounded by different Drug Stores and Palawan Pawnshop. Kahit hindi kung sinadyang basagin ang hiniram kung bowl, okay lng kay Ma'am Marta.
