I help you start your fitness journey, I guide you to believe in yourself and we will both see the change you make throughout the process. The goal is very cliché but its true, to try and help make people fit and healthy again. Everyone has been there and its my job to guide people back to it. Based at Etwall Leisure centre and Greenbank Leisure centre in Swadlincote, alongside multiple equipment to take home sessions. I try to break down the barriers and we reach your goals together. Learning some of the facts about Obesity in this country scared me so much, being a fitness professional, my first question was "how could we let it get this bad?" there are so many reasons why people could become obese, but there are also so many things to do to prevent and treat it, living a healthier future. Working in Obesity with kids is a huge thing that this company is trying to set up over the next few months. with a stat of 1 in 3 kids of classed as overweight thats ridiculous and frankly scary. Building partnerships with local schools and councils to be able to do something about this epidemic is the route this company is taking. Overall, I am just a personal trainer, But I am a personal trainer that doesn't want to stop at building muscle for people, or training for a marathon. The goals are much larger than that and hopefully with my skills and knowledge I could help make a small dent in this growing problem with country is facing.
