Ernie and Kevin were amazing people! They were extremely helpful and kind throughout the whole process. It was a breath of fresh air coming into this dealership versus the others in Peacock. They were very knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to help. The only thing I would say is that whoever is in charge of marketing for the used cars on marketplace-they don’t actually know what features each specific car has. Mine was advertised as having numerous things that it didn’t. Ernie and Kevin quickly cleared it up and showed me what the car had, but the marketing ads were incorrect. Whoever is in charge of marketing ads should speak to the salespeople first before they write their ads. That’s all, everything else was perfect!!

I found a couple vehicles online that I loved and wanted to make sure they would fit into my budget. I talked with the sales manager, we compared prices on each, and talked trade in and numbers. Salesman Alex then went with me on a test drive, and explained all the features of the car. Came back and everything was ready to process, and in less than two hours, everything was done! No pressure, no run around, very straightforward, and they worked with me to make sure I got a fair deal, and the exact payment I wanted. I'm THRILLED with my 2016 Beetle!

The experience there was really good. Everyone was really friendly, the process to get the vehicle we wanted was fairly smooth. Overall with selecting the vehicle we wanted and signing the documents to purchase the vehicle was pleasant. Also it is a really big advantage that they do their own registration for DMV. That was a big plus, so I don't have to go through that hassle, Hilton Head Volkswagen already took care of it for us. This location is a pretty good dealership.

I've been driving 2 hours one way just to receive the expert service from VW in Hilton Head. All of the service team are exceptional and answer my every question. I've never been disappointed. Show room is comfortable, restroom are clean and complimentary snacks and drinks are just some of the details and thoughts surrounding their customer satisfaction. I will continue to make the drive as a result of their outstanding facility.
