I attended Movewell for a shoulder injury. I found the clinical care, enthusiasm and professionalism well worth the time and visit. Friendly staff, professional assessment, well explained each step of the way. A helpful and practical way forward was provided, after a clear diagnosis. Thankyou for setting me on the path to strengthened shoulders and purposeful injury recovery!

Mandy is an excellent physio. They have equipment to do rehab and biokinetic exercises. Friendly staff, all Covid compliant - sign in, temp taken, wear masks and sanitize everything

The staff at MOBiL with whom I worked were disinterested and unfriendly. They were also non-communicative, failing to reply to multiple inquires made in person and over email. They did not demonstrate any kind of personal concern for me as a client. This is not the kind of experience you want from people who are supposed to be helping you with your health and wellness. I only worked with one trainer at MOBiL and one receptionist, so it is possible the other staff are more helpful. I can only speak to my experience, which was decidedly negative. I was at MOBiL a total of three times.
