Completely incompetent - It takes forever for this company to get in contact with you. It just seems like they just do not care!!! I wanted to make an offer on one of their listings. Neither my agent or myself could get a hold of the listing agent. Finally after days I got a hold of the agent and he told me that the house I was wanting to buy got foreclosed on a day earlier. The agent knew about me being interested in buying the property out of short sale but he did not think that it was necessary to contact me or my agent with the deadline when the house would go into foreclosure. This company is a great example on how realtors should not be like!!!
