I had stayed at their property for about 5 years and my friends are still living there. Property manager office team is great on resolving issue if you escalate to them. However apartment local office and maintenance team was not so great. They take really long to resolve issues and sometime take forever. In other side appartment are very specious and relatively cheaper than surrounding community. It has nice outdoor cooking area and near by park. I would recommend it for couples and even couples with young kids

This is an email someone I know received from this company after her 26 year old son died suddenly. She had co-signed his lease. Even if there was no clause in the lease agreement you would think that real people working for this company would try to attempt to be human and understanding in a situation like this. He died less than 2 weeks ago. It’s unbelievable that they are doing this, especially for only 2 months worth of rent. And after requiring her to clean out the apartment and return the keys. Leads me to believe they plan to rent the apartment while still collecting her rent check.

A friend of mine son lived here - tragically he passed away 2 weeks ago at the young age of 26. She had co-signed on the lease. Not only did they ask her to clean the apartment out and return the keys but they are also demanding she pay September and October’s rent! While I understand there are leases, one would hope for some compassion and just human kindness and understanding in a situation like this! It seems even shadier that they want the keys back now when the lease is through October- do they plan on renting it out now and double dipping on rent for 2 months?! Would never recommend this place to anyone!

Their apartments are nice, but good luck getting your security deposit back. Its been nearly two months and I have yet to receive my security deposit back
