Enjoyed a superb tour with Himachal Pradesh Helpline Tourism. They provide an excellent service with a reasonable price. Location of all hotels are very good, bed and bathrooms are clean, hotel staff are very helpful and honest, cabs with drivers are nice and are very helpful. Food is also quality food.The management took care of all tourists throughout the journey.Only one problem is there, that if you unnecessary argue with them, you spoil your trip. Good management, good economical plan, helpful persons... All are good..

I have travelled to many places in Himachal with Himachal pradesh helpline tourism and can easily say that this is the most trusted and the best tour making company in Kolkata. To elaborate the hassle-free tours that I have made with hpht's, I wish to mention that right from the starting point, till the end of the tour, I did not have to bother about anything. The tour managers escorting the group are always very experienced and manage the trip very well. They have always been so friendly and helpful that I still keep in touch with many of them. The cooks and the helpers accompanying the group are also quite experienced and put on tremendous amount of workload throughout the whole duration of the trip. I always wondered whether at all they have any sleeping time during the trip. I have made at least four trips with the Hpht's and never ever had any chance of complaining about anything. The hotels provided by HPHT's are always of good standard and class and the meals provided by them are simply unforgettable. Finally, one can have all these at a very reasonable price. I wish them all the best and hope they will keep up the good name in the years to come.

Experience is pretty bad. Once they get the money they start behaving very very badly. They changed our tour plan after we reached Simla & gave us plenty of trouble with Hotel bookings at all places. Need to avoid such operators completely.
