Always a pleasure to deal with. HPTDC itself is a good organization and this particular office is centrally located, has very helping staff, and is capable of catering to almost all needs of the tourists. Don't be fooled by another private company near this office that sticks a huge Himachal Tourism board at the front.

My mother just returned from Delhi on a Himachal Tourism Bus. Your service is fine. But kindly mention how much you charge for luggage, extra luggage etc on your ticket or on your website - in addition to the fare. She said she paid Rs 400. Or else these come under hidden charges .
