Its a small branch of SBI. I don't like the cashier because he works so slowly & the main problem is that his nature is very talkative, so due to that he is very SLUGGISH at work. As a reputed nationalize bank its needs to be change or replace that Slow & Sluggish people like him. Instead of knowing this situation, management is unable to manage. As we know in last 50 days in 2016, we were facing serious trouble of Cash notes & this branch having multiple windows but they opened only one window for Deposits & Withdrawals. The way every employee of Chhapariya branch treats the customer are Pathetic. Even security of thus branch was literary PUSHING in the queue & INSULTING the peoples. We are CUSTOMER of SBI not SERVANTS of it. The First line employees should know & learn that how to Treat & Maintain the customers. That is problem, but every problem comes with its solutions. Should find & Rectify it.
