It’s been 7yrs now since I last visited the Savannah House and I still remember this place like it was yesterday. I loved everything about it. The owners (don’t know if it’s still the same owners) but they were so nice. I remember walking in to check in to main office and saw this tour guy sitting in the waiting room he said he was waiting for a group of friends who were getting a tour of the Seneca lake which included going to all the breweries/wineries/distillery’s and they were late a handful of hours late (F&L was the touring company) Unfortunately they never showed up and my wife and I (who was my gf at the time) were offered the opportunity for free. Still to this day we talk about it. The tour guy was so nice and made our stay so incredible. He took us every where he knew. all the go to spots. When we returned to this stay everything was just right. The space, the lighting, the smell, and the warmth. I’ve been to so many place and this places hits home. I’m currently leaving in California for work but We will be going to this place again. Soon. But now with our son. I hope with everything going on, I really hope this place is doing the same or better. But all in all. I 110% recommend this place.

Small motel ran by very accommodating hosts. Rooms were very clean and cozy. While the rooms could use a little updating like curved shower curtain rods, and touch up paint, the personal touches far outweighs them, reading novels presented on the bed, ambient music upon daily return, the view from the outdoor seating and evening fires.. In the middle of the west side of sennaca lake made the travel to most of the wineries easy and convenient...
Super clean and cute rooms. Contactless check-in/and out is super easy. The view from the room is beautiful. Highly recommend!
Amazing view and cozy place to spend our anniversary getaway. Even though it was raining on our first day, we were blessed with a nice sunrise the next day. Jeff was also very pleasant and friendly. The room was very clean and nicely arranged. I love the purple hues from the pillows and decors. It was also nice that they provided microwave, coffee maker (bring some filters and coffee etc) and refrigerator.
This place was amazing! So cozy and cute inside the room. Very clean especially because of the virus which made me feel much better. Comfy bed, a great view. I’m so happy I stayed here and will definitely come back!

The room we stayed in was so cute! Nice and clean and easy to do.
If your looking for not super fancy but very cozy home feeling this is the place. We went with the suite which is like a small apartment with a jacuzzi and little private second floor deck. The town is ten min drive away and several wineries before you even get there . Perfect get away from the normal hustle.
