Food came on time however didn't look great. I had chicken tika masala. Strange colour with stringy bits of chicken and watery salty sauce. Soggy fries for my son with a steak that looked and tasted like the sole of a shoe. Very very disappointed considering the almost 28 cost.

Horrific customer service! cant comment on the food as it didnt even arrive after waiting over 2.5hours. They asked us to pre-order on the website for 12noon delivery, at 1.30pm we tried to contact, to be told they are closed. finally got through to the restaurant at 2.20pm after ordering at 11.10am to be told to get a refund, we would need to go to them directly. then them wanting us to text over bank details for a possible refund - very insecure and obviously declined. still waiting for the refund so shall let you know if we ever get it. this alone will ensure we never go back to attempt trying the food again and tell everyone we know that their website is incorrect and also to avoid!!
UPDATED 04.01.21. Wow... What a difference a few months can make and what a shame. We have now ordered from Abby spice twice in the last few weeks, first time delivery took 2.5 hours after contacting the restaurant on many occasions told it was on its way to wait 2.5 hours! (Okay maybe a one off) So today 04.01.21 used their website to order they took our money and we were informed that delivery would be 45mins.... 2 hours later they are not answering phone and even the guy on live chat can't get ahold of them.... We have applied for a refund which I doubt we will get. I will be paying them a visit tomorrow..... DO NOT USE THIS TAKE AWAY as they have lost any credibility... Such a shame as they were very very good. (See below for my old review) We Love Abby's Spices! The Tandoori chicken is amazing lovely fresh salad and good chips. Really nice people to talk to and always helpful. We have also tried the Grilled Lamb Seekh Kebab which was excellent. Keep up the great work guys.
All of the food was hot and delicious. Only 2 minor quibbles the steak wasn’t cooked the way we requested and the lamb chops were expensive for the amount of meat on them.
awful time wasting delivery forgetting orders and have to call over 5 times for them to pick never ordering here again. other local places do it better 10000x
1st time using this place, the food was excellent, delivery was 1st class no problems here will definitely be using this place again
