A very disappointing experience. Whilst I appreciate the problems COVID presents there's no excuse for rudeness. We drove from Northamptonshire up to Hinckly to look at a car we had seen online. Unfortunately, we didn't realise you needed to make an appointment. We saw the car wanted to take a look inside only to be told by the receptionist that we needed to make an appointment with the manager. We asked for a number & we were told he would call us. 20mins later we had a call to be told that he couldn't open the car for us as it was against covid rules! We asked if he was prepared to lose a sale & basically he couldn't care less. We drove away disgusted with his attitude. Needless to say went to another garage and had first-class service. Shame on you Asby &Mann

Very disappointed customer , my vehicle needed servicing before 19th of November and I missed it by three month due to a family illness , apparently a notification letter had been sent to me! I ended up with a 348 bill as mitsubishi service plan has to be done within a month of the date, actual service never cost Mitsubishi any more money, and a good customer service provider would have made an effort to phone or text a reminder, guess that doesn't generate them any extra revenue though. Poor customer service mitsubishi, I won't entertaini buying another Mitsubishi.
