Called the office in the hope to be pointed in the right direction with a conveyancing query I have the receptionist picked up the phone but appeared to be more interested in having a giggle with a colleague in the office than taking my call. When I eventually managed to obtain her brief attention I asked to be transferred to a solicitor of which her response was nobody was currently available as they were on calls. she advised someone would call me back and hung up on me, she didn't even take my number! needless to say I haven't had a call back and how could I! in the 30 seconds I spoke to this firm I have never encountered such rude unconcerned uninterested people in my life!

Have used Pauline Bendell on 3 occasions and each time she has been super efficient. On our house purchase we were first ready with regards to exchanging and weeks ahead of the other solicitors in the chain. Today I have just completed on the sale of my house. Granted it was a small chain but we had exchanged in under 3 weeks and completed on the 4th week to the day. Very efficient solicitor who is a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Pauline Mark
