I was 12 minutes late for a aircon recharge at the hinckley branch because of traffic, they wouldn't see me, I was not impressed because there was nothing else but a van in the garage, it seemed I was interfering with their lunch.!! I picked up the phone and spoke to ATS in Nuneaton, they saw me without an appointment, I went and the Nuneaton ATS was much bigger and better, got the job done and went home in the same time it would of took at the hinckley branch... I'll never go back to the Hinckly branch and the rude fat contrler ever again!!!
Great communication from friendly staff, and brilliant communications when things went pear shaped for them. Very happy with this branch!!
