Contacted Boiler Care with our boiler not working Response was excellent Engineer was very good and very thorough, and in view of todays ever changing world, he wore a face covering and sorted our problem very swiftly, the part we needed was available the same day, he returned and sorted our heating on the same day, i do not normally use the internet to share any of my views or experiences but i feel the service we experienced was very worthy of posting a review, we were recommended to use Boiler Care by a family friend and can only say how pleased we are that we chose to use them. Very pleased, and most importantly very warm. Thanks you to all at Boiler Care its a five stars from us.

A job well done by Dean. Fitted a Worcester Bosch boiler. Thank you for all your hard work. Dean worked very hard and was very particular with his work. Very tidy through-out and always pleasant, nothing was too much trouble for him. I would definitely use Boiler Care again. Thanks again Dean.

Contacted Worcester Bosch Boilers in September 2018 and they put us in touch with Boiler Care for our new boiler we have now had the benefit of a very much improved heating system during this winter we now have a thermostat on most radiators which helps us control our rooms separately and a thermostat on the wall that we can now work from our mobile which is great for us. The job was carried our with very little disruption and the team at Boiler Care we feel were great, very thorough and we were given information from start to finish on what would be happening where in our home on what days.
Visited the showroom that they have on John Street in Hinckley and spoke with the owner to arrange some repairs to our heating, this was carried out on the day as arranged and the chap that came was very nice and sorted out the problem very quickly. Highly recommend. Excellent service and pleasantly surprised on the cost.
