My brother bought a Q7 from Burbage Motor company 3 months ago and didn't stop raving about them so I then went and bought myself a Renaultsport Clio 200 from them. Absolutely great motor! Top quality service, friendly staff and in general a pleasure to do business with. The management was superb and I can't quite understand some of the poor reviews from people as in my experience the company were faultless. Highly recommended. 5 stars.

Lovely people, good selection of cars. Brought my Honda from them a year ago and never had a problem. 5/5 would use again!
Bought a car, Major fault after 1 month and i had purchased the extended warranty. Do not respond to my emails. Do not respond to my calls. Never call me back in the past when promised.
friendly helpful professional service with great cars , I would defiantly recommend them!!!
Hinckley Motors - dishonest and sneaky! Bought a BMW 3 series from them with a good history, only to find that it needed an immediate oil change and the brake pipe was on the point of bursting. This was despite the previous MOT mentioning 'slight corrosion' to the brake pipe. It struck me that a friend of theirs had done the previous MOT and just mentioned the 'slight corrosion' to cover their backs. The 12 month warranty is also only good if you have a breakdown, meaning that none of the work I needed doing was covered. They said they would top the fluids up but I found out that the anti-freeze was just topped up with pure water! That could have been very costly in the winter time; it is almost criminal!
Useless, dishonest liars masquerading as car dealers. Bought a Citroen C3 from them with "guaranteed low mileage and service history" with a paid for warranty and a service before sale. Guess what? When the cambelt went 3000 miles later the warranty was non-existant and the customer service was pitiful! Cost me 70 to get the car to them and all they did is dump it at a Citroen dealer and tried to blame Citroen! After authorising a 425 examination of the faults and damage they walked away from it and left me with a total bill of 1600 to have the repairs carried out before I could have the car back. NO response from Burbage Motor Company to phone calls, letters and solicitors letters. They simply ceased trading for a while but are now back selling vehicles by"appointment". If you buy anything from them expect the worst, Jason Cayless is a liar and a crook!
Dont buy from them ! Brought a mg from them and they lost my v5 ! Never sent me any paperwork ! Waranty is worthless ! Said thay would service my car but hadn't ! Sold it with dodgy front tyres ! Wont call you back untill you threaten to come down and tell there customers how rubbish they are .they just dont care really bad cowboys .
DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE!!! Paid 11k for a Land Rover Discovery off them. To date, have spent just short of 1500 on it in the 10 months of ownership. It has only done 5k miles since our purchase and most of those miles were driving it back and forth to them as we live a 110 mile round trip from the dealership. The trips to them were often a waste of time as they very rarely rectified anything because they used a mechanic who did jobs for them on the side when he could fit them in and clearly didn’t have the equipment to diagnose faults. As with previous reviews; they very rarely return calls or respond to emails and the warranty isn’t worth the paper its printed on (it will cover the mundane things that don't cost too much to rectify and very rarely go wrong but no major repair works). Just last week, we took our Disco for its MOT, it failed as we suspected it would. 2 independent garages have looked at and it is in their opinion that this car was not right at its previous MOT. Contacted Burbage about this and again they fobbed us off saying it was down to wear and tear (not their problem). When asked if they thought it was right that we should have spent so much money on a car in 10 months, their reply was “What do you expect, it’s a second hand car”.
