Would rate -5* if it was possible. I went to sell an item that had no damage what so ever, then when I returned to the shop the item was physically damaged, staff offered NO help or explanation as to how it happened & just kept insisting i did it. The staff member quickly checked the item when I first arrived at the shop before telling me I'd be contacted after they had run more tests ect, surely if the item was physically damaged I would have been turned away from the start. I know for a fact the item was not damaged in any way shape or form before going into the heavy hands of the staff.

I’m a fifteen year old boy I went to the shop to get the new Fifa 21 and I wanted to exchange it for one of my old games unfortunately I didn’t have the box for this game and when I tried to trade it in the man wouldn’t let me because I wasn’t old enough even though the games I wanted to trade was both my age it was the man with glasses this makes no sense as both the games where my age this is twice this has happened when me and my friends tried to buy a movie and even tho we showed Id the same guy refused to sell it us I really feel discriminated and this guy has something against me I think the shop has changed managers and is such a shame as the other guy was so friendly I don’t recommend using this shop as it has terrible customer service
Bought myself an updated tablet/laptop. The staff were very helpful and spent a lot of time with me going through the best options. The standard 24 month warranty on items is a grest selling point too. I will be buying some things for Xmas in here soon.

Traded in a couple of items priced where reasonable but not great quite fast service and the place seemed fine with a good variety of stock only issue was the staff seemed rude as if it was a inconvenience you being there
