Only had to use this place twice, but both times over an hour's wait because the chemist wasn't available to check prescriptions. Either poorly staffed or poorly managed either way needs to sort itself out.

Friendly and efficient staff. Text service very useful albeit can be patchy. Great to have extended opening hours into the evening - very handy for commuters.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. After a long 7 or so months of having the wrong prescription, running out, withdrawing while waiting for the emergency prescription, and so on, they FINALLY got my prescription right. I wouldn't wish this customer service on my worst enemy, and I shall be changing which chemists I'm with. Good riddance.

Pharmacist was very rude and indifferent to their constant mistakes. We agreed that they would order 4 items per month. I was given somebody elses medication so I have their name, address and medical information. I was given my order plus medicaion that wasn't ours. The last time I went to collect our 4 items they had only orded 1, so my husbands epilepsy medication was not there. I asked what could be done and the pharmacist said 'it's up to you, I can't do anything'. I would suggest if you need your medication to be correct, have it made up by a pharmacist who cares.
