Hope this gets passed on to the three lads in Hinckley store. Originally went in for my partner to get a new phone but ended up with one myself. Can not fault the customer service from all three of you. It's people like you that keep customers but also keep us customers happy. Well done guys!!!

The young lady that helped us was very good and managed to help with all our problems change our contracts and still managed to cost us more than we needed to pay listen carefully to what they say .
I upgraded my phone. I'd been in a few times and as time went on certain members of staff got less interested in dealing with me. I appreciate they won't to sell me a phone and contract but at the end of the day it's me paying a 24 month contract so if it takes me awhile to decide then be more patient. In the end a young lady gave me her time and all was good. Well done Shannonothers could learn from you.
