Hired a Ford Kuga for a week, efficient process and good to actually get the type of car you signed up for. Good communication from the Nuneaton branch informing me that Hinckley was closed when i made the booking, but would be open when i needed to collect the car. I also needed the car registration a few days before and it was good the car was already allocated. Staff are friendly and efficient, fast collection and drop off. Deposit refunded swiftly. Also used earlier on in the year when my insurance company provided me with a hire car; again excellent service.

Great place for hiring. Staff very helpful. Car's are always great and the drop off & pick up service is brilliant. Very efficient. Highly recommended along with the Rugby branch. Don't rent a car from any other firm.

Staff helpful & very pleasant. Car booked 2 months previously not supplied with no prior notice & substitute in 'the same class' was a disappointment. Also stranded alone in busy country lane for over 3 hours, following tyre blow-out, before Recovery vehicle arrived when nearly dark. Recovery very good but the service was far too slow for a lone woman. A frightening experience
