Amazing service! Popped into see if they could shorten my necklace and Kirsty did it right there and then and only took a few minutes! She even put a new jump clip on and was patient with me while I chose the right length. As the service was efficient and polite, I also asked if she could check my bracelet as the clip was loose. Kirsty did not hesitate in fixing it very quickly, an extremely talented and skill full woman! The shop is well stocked, well priced and I would definitely make it my first point of contact for any jewellery needs or repairs. Thank you!

Will never set foot in this place again, damaged my designer watch when I took it in to have a new battery fitted, they couldn't even fit the battery had to take it elsewhere. No compensation either for the damage caused.
