I've used GS Solicitors for a house purchase and lease extension and both times received excellent friendly support, managed in a timely manner. I've never actually met the team and conduct all business over email. It's a perfect set up for me and works well.
I had a good experience with GS Solicitors over the period of a year with 2 properties (1 completed, 1 didn’t). My point of contact was excellent, very responsive, helpful and informative. I had minor issues with delays to issuing the report but this did not impact the sale with delays on the other side aswell. Overall a good experience.
Gs solicitors hold the key to my house purchase going through they are involved in the top of our chain acting for some developer who is their client. Not only did they draft the original title deeds incorrectly for the property they have basically turned around and said they are too busy to fix the issue! Resulting in me living out of cardboard boxes for Christmas until they decide they have enough free time to release me from this hell I am living. I hope karma bites them back one day!
Completely unprofessional, told they were too busy to deal with my enquiries and hung up on me. Would not recommend at all
