I have bought and sold two Properties with Tracey Bailiss, Geoffrey Hill and co,, In the last couple of years. I couldn't be moe thrilled with their services, absolutely amazing! Delightful to do business with and I’m selling my third property to. Buy another and I would never use anyone else, they are delightful, quality Professionals. I’m a single mom, I’ve never had a mortgage, Tracey and the lovely team have helped me so much, advised me wisely and I’m selling another property and I would not use another Solicitors. They are brilliant and don’t mess about or waste your time.
Tracy bailiss is a great solicitor cannot recommend her enough. Myself and other members of my family have used her several times.
As their conveyancing fees are considerably higher than some I would expect excellent service. In reality the service was average at best with a real lack of proactive communication. Wouldn’t recommend.
