Bought garden wheelbarrow planter. Stated easy to assemble.. three people cant get this assembled. We are not stupid done these things before. Dont waste your money

A bunch of thieves!!! 4 months trying to get a refund for a ladder I never received I will be contacting the others you have scammed and hopefully together we can do something about this legally!!!!!! Just to add for anyone who might be interested and I'm sure there will be quite a few you can all put in a claim from the small claims court that's what I will be doing!

If I could rate 0 then I would. Ordered 4 set of Egyptian towels. Received 3 towels which clearly were not egyptian and new. Have emailed them several times spanning over 2 weeks but received no reply. Tried to call but phoned lines are closed because I covid which is a pure excuse. Now had to threaten going to trading standards and legal action just to try and get my money back. Diabolical people.

SHOCKING! Do not buy from them. Item not delivered from Hermes, photo of it dumped outside property. Sent me a form for an investigation of my premises! Communication was diabolical, slow and unresponsive. Worst site I have ever used - this was also via Wowcher. NEVER AGAIN! NO STARS!

We would like to make it clear that Unit 1 Teal Business Centre, Dodwells Road, Hinckley LE10 3BZ is occupied by Enterprise Workwear and has been for the past 3 years. We are not associated with Groundlevel in any way and they are not present in our building. Letters to this address are therefore pointless. Unfortunately, we have no information that would be of any use either.

This is by far the worst experience I've had in my entire life from shopping online. 13 months and no product and they've stopped taking my calls/responding to my emails. I live in another country or i would have paid them a visit a long time ago.

I ordered a pair of curtains on 4th February 21 but wasn't happy with quality. I have since emailed continuously as I wish to return them but there was no paperwork inside parcel. As of yet I have still not heard from the company.

I wish I'd looked at the reviews on here before I purchased from them. Electric airer gets as warm as a melted ice cube.... their customer service is exceptional, not. Don't buy just throw your money down the toilet....that's what I feel I have. A lesson.learned
