Not the best start to our evening when we came across a guy pissing into the edge just up from the entrance door We were then taken to our table, the last cubical before going out to the outside tables - play area which was supposed to be out only Several people couldn't be bothered to walk around to the main entrance so just pushed by your waitress and were six inches of me which made my experience very uncomfortable as I'm in a high risk group due to reduced immune system. On the up side l enjoyed my food but felt very uncomfortable whilst eating it.

Visited this pub today, arrived at 6pm (the time we booked a table for) they had no record of this booking, but could seat us no problem. Opened a tab, ordered drinks and food (vast menue!) No complaints there.... The starter came out (sharing combo) and the childs fish finger meal, asked a member of staff twice for child cutlery, she said she'd get some, never returned with any. Fingers before forks for the little one! We waited for our mains, at this point it was nearly 8pm and when we chased up the food, there were items missing, and wasnt very warm. One of the meals came five minutes after the others and was piping hot, so i imagine the chefs forgot to cook the one meal! I had onion rings missing from my burger, not a massive issue, but we were paying for them so you want them. I told the waitress, she apologised and came out with a bowl of onion rings, which were stone cold. We spoke to the manager who took them back and got a fresh hot bowl. The food was good quality and very tasty, but the service was lacking and although we were given a percentage off the final bill, i dont think we'll be rushing back in a hurry, which is a shame as the place looks great, very family friendly with things to do for the kids etc.

Popped in on way past during our night dog walk. Staff very friendly and helpful. Slight mix up with our drinks but staff quick to correct it. Sat outside with dogs and saw a lovely family environment around.

Nice, modern pub with plenty of parking. Went on a Saturday afternoon and the car park was full of cars. Found a table easily and ordered using the app. Despite being fairly busy our order arrived 15 minutes later and was 100% correct. Great portions and great prices with friendly service. Highly recommended.

Food was good especially with the eat out to help out discount. Didn't like having smokers outside the window, I'm sure you have a smoking area but have provided ashtrays/pots at some of the outdoor tables. Hot day windows open, which I closed due to the stink coming in. Other diners thanked me for doing so. Removing the ashtrays would be a big improvement
