I had to intervene in a case where elderly residents were being targeted by calls meant for Hinckley Police. Despite several weeks the Hinckley Police did nothing to help, allowing the calls to continue to be diverted to elderly residents rather than taking the action necessary (which was simple, but only they could do). I eventually managed to get others to take action. The Police did nothing to help. I am not impressed.
