Luton tail lift hired for a couple of days. Vehicle was in good condition and clean enough to move furniture etc. The tail lift was a god send! Staff on site were friendly and helpful, worth giving them a call or pre-arranging a collection/drop off time as my impression was that they might not always be on site at a weekend. Would highly recommend and will no doubt use again.
Turned up this morning, waited for an hour for someone to turn up to be told the van wasn't there. They were going to fetch a van from Coventry. We only wanted it for a day. Wasn't worth waiting. No sorry or anything. Disgusted. Surely a van company knows you need to get away early? Wont be using them ever and won't recommend to anyone.
I needed a van at very short notice to help with a house move. JRM were there to help, they were so helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend them.
