Jude is very professional and thorough and guided our process (which was extremely sensitive) well. She pulled out the stops to meet our internal time frames. I always felt confident in taking her advice which was properly guided by legislation and ACAS codes, and she maintained an objectivity throughout. However she was also able to consider the relational aspect of the possible solutions and take that into account in her advice.
