awful practitioner. Me and my friend booked in for 3 and 2 areas of anti wrinkle. This was done from his home in Leicester after the clinic was unable to open due to the Covid lockdown. The treatment did not work. I turned up to an appointment at the salon, after a 1hr and 50 mile journey Kai did not show up. Kai repeatedly ignored messages from me and eventually was offered the treatment again or a full refund. A full refund has not been issued. I would not recommend this practitioner to anybody!!!! STAY AWAY! This is the beauty side only, not hairdressing!

Kerry is a master of her art! My wedding dress required quite a few alterations, but nothing was too much for her; she made it fit perfectly. Her room is beautiful and really allows you to see the dress at all angles. She makes you feel really comfortable at all times, i can’t recommend her highly enough!

Kerry is nothing short of a miracle worker. She’s turned my 2 sizes too big wedding dress from ‘a dress’ to ‘my dress’ and it fits like a glove. I was reassured from the very first appointment and she made me feel like anything that needed doing was possible. She advises but leaves you in control, and she won’t stop until it’s perfect. I picked my dress up 2 days before my wedding feeling fully confident that if something wasn’t right, it could be sorted. A wonderful stress free experience!

Great little salon in a good location with free parking. My hairdresser is the lovely Nicola Jeffrey. My hair is thick and sometimes difficult to manage but Nicola understands how my hair behaves and I always leave the salon extremely satisfied in the knowledge I have had a really good manageable cut with hair in great condition. Nicola's cutting and colouring techniques are second to none. She takes time to listen to her client's hairdressing needs and is always happy to offer advice or her own ideas to ensure her client has the right cut/colour/treatment. I would definitely recommend Nicola to anyone. All the girls in the salon are lovely, the atmosphere is always happy and relaxed. Well worth a visit!!

She was beyond helpful and really went the extra mile to make my dress perfect and ease any worries I had. In addition she carried out alterations for my bridesmaids and mother's dresses, despite being very busy with other appointments and with only a short time before the wedding! I can't thank Kerry enough for the work she put in!!
