I have been with this practice since it opened and have always had great care. They cared for my late stepson and wife well. I will admit I did not like the change in people a few years ago but that was more about me not liking change than anything else. The team have to work under very difficult circumstances and frankly the receptionists have a very difficult job so I do not mind telling them a little about what is wrong.

my mother and late father have always had excellent treatment. Dr Harrison was a legend. One of the best practises in Hinckley. The flu vaccine roll out this year was also amazing. Well done.

New to the area. Receptionists always rude and invasive, I know they need to ask certain questions at the moment but to then ask me what I want done to resolve the health issue I have is sickening. The 4 doctors I have had the displeasure of speaking to have spoken down to me after asking questions in regard to what they are testing me for, and how I go about getting the results. Had to have a blood test and the lady that did it couldn't find a vein. She didnt ask for help, instead proceeded to attempt 14 times before finding a very slow vein in my hand and 'massaging the blood out' . Was there for about 40 minutes for a routine blood test. The inside of the surgery is very run down and honestly was shocking when I first walked in. Nothing is easy with this surgery, from trying to get a telephone appointment to sorting prescriptions. I am already looking to join a new surgery and get as far away from this one as possible.

Turned up to the surgery 10 mins early and got told off by a very rude and hard to understand Indian or Asian lady. I know we are going a pandemic but their procedure is far too over the top. Getting very close to moving away from this surgery it's been going down in my estimation for a couple of years now.

Have just had my yearly flu jab. Congratulations to all at Maples. So well organized. Didn't have to wait. Every one was so helpful and doctor Hassani. You would think each and every one of us were his only patients for the day. Well done it's 10 from me
