Have been to replace my windows 3 times now and each time the glass is more scratched than the one they’re replacing, also poorly try to refit the front door on 18th august and made it worse said they’d replace with new and now I’m constantly chasing them for a date as to when this will be fixed. Awful!!

I phoned the company today as my window latch had stuck and I was unable to open the window I know my warranty had expired but I assumed they would assist with a repair. I was told as my warranty had expired they could not offer a repair service. Not a very good after sales service !!!!!
