I contacted Lynne Plaza at “Mind my World” earlier in the year after being recommended by a good friend who had worked with Lynne previously. I was studying for an important career exam and passing this exam was really important to me in making a career change. The effect of studying and worrying gave me sleepless nights and was beginning to affect my daily life, with my anxiety /stress levels high and my confidence very low. After an initial chat on the phone with her a series of online sessions were booked with Lynne, and from the first session she helped me to look at my situation in a different light and coached me believe in myself and my abilities.
