Efficient staff...had a really good deal
The shop was busy but only 2 staff available to deal with customers. Not once did the staff apologise for the long waiting times or even acknowledge the customers waiting. The fact there were only 2 staff to deal with customers was ridiculous and O2 need to really consider more staff to help so that customers aren't angry or upset by the time they eventually get served. I waited an hour just to collect my new phone and sign to say I had got it. It took under a minute but I spent approximately an hour and 1 minute in store for it. Very Very poor service, a hugely disappointing experience and valuable time wasted. Perhaps a booking service with time slots could be beneficial. Until they get extra staff or use appointments for at least some customer issues I would avoid at all costs.
