Prime2Learn provides a range of flexible training programmes and support services for job seekers, unemployed, people with an illness or disability. Our focus is to provide adults with personal, social and work-related skills that will enable them to progress to greater levels of employment readiness. Equally those returning to the work place deserve the same attention as they also have something to offer. Learners will be taught how to identify their strengths, set goals for the future, explore employment and further training opportunities through regular sampling of workplace settings. Practical skills training will be delivered using a mix of structured directed training, self-direction and one to one coaching. We give individual support and attention to every learner on every course as required. Unlike a recruitment agency we are not under the pressure of agency procedures to get through with the training faster in order to accommodate more batches our approach is more attuned to you the learner.
