That's this estate all sold and the roads getting finished. Good location if work for Cadent...as they are right next door. If anyone is visiting...tell them to look out for the big tower mast, and head for that. As a result great mobile phone reception...full bars!

Buy a second hand house from Redrow and you are in the safe side. Previously owned houses from Redrow in this area, at least one year old and where people already lived are so much better because issues are sorted by the first owners. If you find one for sale by owners. New houses are full of "childhood illnesses" like cracks from material drying out. They are also sold naked, that means without floors and the rear gardens without grass, so you have to account for that too. Everything is extra in a new house and can get very expensive. Parkview in Hinckley is a very good location. Sales team is good but Customer Service is deplorable (no stars for them).
WOULDN'T RECOMMEND BUYING NEW HOME FROM REDROW!!!!! 1 year ago me and my partner moved in to our new home and all we have is problem after problem. We have had over 40 different types of issues. I've reported a problem over month ago and no one contact me back. When I called today customer service (for 6th time) to ask what is going on some stupid "lady" hang up the phone when I asked when my problem will be sorted and do i have to call every week to remind them. Disgusting customer service!!!!!!!!!
